You will go on a bus ride to the fishing village of Bayahibe. On the way you get to know the scenic beauty of the island. In Bayahibe you will take a speed boat or catamaran to the Saona Island which is located in the national park "Parque Nacional del Este".
During the journey you will pass beautiful, pristine beaches. The Saona Island has the most beautiful white Caribbean beaches ever, surrounded by turquoise clear water with excellent visibility. It has approximately 1,000 locals who live substantially from fishing. The sea around the island with its mangrove ecosystem is an ideal breeding ground for fish and other marine animals. Along the way you will stop for a swim stop and visit the "Piscina Natural", a large sandy plateau in the sea. Here you are waist deep in the water and enjoy a cocktail in the colourful bustle of fish in the sea or have time for a swim. For lunch you will get a traditional barbecue at the beach. Enjoy the scenic drive through the waters of the Caribbean Sea and be enchanted by this unique nature. In the afternoon you will return to Bayahibe where your bus will be waiting for you.
